One reason is because I enjoy drawing house plans, but the main reason is because I do this in my spare time, and I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to give you exactly what you want when you want. I'll try my best, but no promises.</div> <bR> <div>      Like I said all designing is free, but as you know life isn't.  So in order to maintain this site and to help motivate me just a bit (hey, a little profit is always nice <B>:-</B>) ). I have decided to charge a flat rate $75.00 for a fully dimensioned set of drawings.  This is an extremely affordable price.  Most designers will charge $0.20 (if your lucky) or higher per square foot of designed space.  To prove my point let take a small home, 1,500 sq. ft. shall we say, and price it at this extremely low $0.20 a sq. ft. The total $300.00! Big difference between 300 and 75 isn't there.  Now $75.00 dollars is not just good for a 1500 sq. ft. home, it's good for a 2,500 or even a 4,000 sq. ft. home.
